There was this brief shinning moment from 1996-2001 when Chlo had captured perfect style. Slightly rough around the edges... a bit unkempt... it looked like she had tossed on the first thing that had come to mind and yet she looked fantastic. Chlo still has her moments now but she hasn't been able to recapture the consistent chicness she had then...

 yeah I've seen that before and it is pretty funny  but to be fair most of those pictures (if not all of them) were from 2002 or later...

Oh my those are awful... They're not even interesting or artistic. She used to be great but Chlo has gone so downhill
and I usually love Inez & Vinoodh...
