Mel Nel:You should check out the late Kevyn Aucoin's books. He was a makeup artist who was a genius at this kind of transformation. The Winona/Gina/Calista ones that you posted are all from his amazing book Face Forward. He was good friends with Winona Ryder and did her makeup in this series from 1996:
